In direct-to-chip cooling, hose and connection technology routes the cooling medium within the rack to the cold plates on CPUs, GPUs and other high-performance components.
In immersion cooling, IT components are submerged directly in a dielectric cooling medium. Hose and connection technology can be used to integrate the associated cooling circuits.
The coolant distribution unit forms a central interface between the cooling circuits. Hose lines, couplings and connecting elements carry the medium to and from the CDU as well as within the downstream distribution.
SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik combines engineering expertise with in-house production and many years of experience in hose and fitting technology. Based on customer drawings, bills of materials and technical specifications, we manufacture hose lines and assemblies for integration into defined liquid cooling systems. Two production sites in Germany specialized in hose technology, defined manufacturing and testing processes, and long-standing experience in series production for industrial customers form the basis for a reliable OEM partnership.
Technical requirements form the basis for product selection, assembly and testing. SCHAUENBURG combines technical coordination with in-house manufacturing and testing expertise.
Defined manufacturing processes enable the reproducible production of hose lines and assemblies from sample through pre-series to full series production.
Danfoss Fluid Conveyance
Different hose types and dimensions are available for CDU connection, supply lines, rack distribution and server connection. SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik supplies the components and processes them into assembled hose lines and sub-assemblies according to drawing and specification.

Various coupling, quick-disconnect, blind-mate and adapter solutions are available for connecting hose lines and system components. Selection is based on the technical specification and installation situation.

Dual-interlock coupling series in full-flow stainless steel for reliable liquid cooling in the data center. Available in 3/8″, 1″ and 2″ sizes with various connection options.

Quick coupling developed to OCP specification for high flow rates and low pressure loss in the rack.

Self-centering blind-mate coupling developed to OCP specification, for hard-to-reach or poorly visible installation areas.

Yes. The manufacturing processes are designed for samples, pre-series and recurring series production. Two production sites in Germany specialized in hose technology form the industrial basis for manufacturing.
The scope of testing depends on the hose line, application and agreed technical specification. Possible tests include leak and pressure tests as well as application-specific test procedures. In its own test center, SCHAUENBURG has testing capacity for pressure tests up to 4,000 bar.
SCHAUENBURG has qualified employees and authorized personnel for testing hose lines in accordance with the relevant requirements and regulations. The specific scope of testing is defined for each application.
SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik holds, among others, certified quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and environmental management according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015. This is complemented by qualifications in hose and fitting technology as well as defined manufacturing and testing processes.
